By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our Site immediately.
1. About Us
Circars Burgers is a cloud kitchen based in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We specialize in creating freshly prepared burgers and related food items, crafted with care and delivered through our trusted delivery partners.
Our kitchen operates exclusively online and does not currently have dine-in facilities. Orders can be placed through Swiggy, Zomato, or any other ordering channels we may introduce in the future.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to access our Site only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe upon or restrict anyone else’s use of the Site. You must not misuse our Site by transmitting viruses, harmful code, or engaging in hacking or other activities that could damage the website or compromise its security. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from our Site for your personal use. However, you may not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, reproduce, or redistribute any content from our Site without our prior written consent.
Our trademarks, logo, product images, and menu descriptions are the intellectual property of Circars Burgers and may not be used without permission.
3. Ordering & Payments
Our products are available for order primarily through Swiggy and Zomato. When you place an order through these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms, policies, and payment conditions.
Payments for orders are processed securely by the respective delivery partner. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
Prices shown on our website are indicative and may differ from those listed on delivery partner platforms due to offers, location-based pricing, or operational adjustments.
Promotional codes, if offered, will have their own terms and conditions and may be subject to expiry dates and usage limits.
4. Menu & Availability
Our menu is curated to provide fresh, high-quality products. However, menu items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to add, modify, or remove products at our discretion.
Photographs of menu items on the Site are for illustrative purposes. The actual product may differ slightly in presentation due to cooking methods and ingredient availability.
Seasonal or limited-time offerings may be introduced without prior notice and may not be available at all times.
5. Allergens & Dietary Information
While we take reasonable care in preparing our food, all dishes are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and other allergens.
We cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens in any product.

Circars Burgers is not liable for any allergic reactions caused by consumption of our products if prior disclosure of dietary needs was not made.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are handled entirely by third-party platforms like Swiggy and Zomato. By ordering from us via these platforms, you agree to their delivery terms and service levels.
We are not responsible for delays, service disruptions, or damages caused during the delivery process once the food has left our kitchen.
Delivery timelines provided on the platforms are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.
Delivery charges are determined by the third-party partner and may differ based on location.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders placed through Swiggy and Zomato are governed by their refund and cancellation policies. Any refund request must be made through the platform used for the purchase.
If you believe your order was incorrect, incomplete, or did not meet our quality standards, you should contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In case of a verified quality issue, we may provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method, and processing times may vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circars Burgers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or consumption of our products. We make no warranties that the Site will be available without interruption or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order placed.
